Hello my sweet readers.
Last week I made a decision that I will quit lolita fashion. I just don't love it as much as I used to, and somehow it just got very depressing for me lately. I am selling all my lolita things and will pursue some other fashion - probably gyaru. I try to get better at gyaru and take it to heart.
Due this, I am taking a small vacation from this blog. Just a few weeks off (I don't yet know how long the hiatus will last) and when I come back I hope to be a better gyaru and most of all, a better person.
I hope you will continue following my blog, but if not - I understand.
To all those who still follow me - thank you, and see you soon :)
Love,
Candie.

Outfit + biking in lolita + YOHIO CD
Hello sweeties ^^
Yesterday I dressed up and went to the center to buy something ~
This was my outfit!
Headdress: Alice And The Pirates
Blouse, socks, stockings: Offbrand
Skirt, bag: Angelic Pretty
Shoes: Bodyline
That skirt is forever my favorite skirt ^^ It's so poofy, hihi. I like the blouse a lot too, it's super comfy.
And during summer I always bike wherever I go, and biking in lolita is a bit difficult, to be honest :D Yesterday my parasol got caught in the wheel and I literally flew over, face flat on the road. That AATP parasol broke beyond repair :( Now I have to find a new one as pretty. My right knee is super bruised and so is my right wrist, but otherwise I'm okay and nothing else broke but the parasol. I'm really sad because of the parasol, I loved it a lot. My only advice for lolitas on bikes: Do not take parasols with you.
I was able to find the YOHIO cd on the local cd shop ^^ Yay, at least that cheered me up a bit, he is so perfect. But the parasol :''( *cries*
Well hopefully I will write more soon :)
See youuu ^^

YOHIO fangirl & fashion crisis (again).
Hello everyone!
I normally don't do these kind of posts but now I just really have to :D
Recently I have completely fallen for YOHIO! He is so perfect and he comes from Sweden! I really can't believe that, because I mean since ABBA there has been nothing good coming from Sweden. And now lately, there are soo many young fashionable people coming from Sweden! Maybe this is the new era for the fashion in Sweden ;P Hehe. My own favourite is YOHIO, who I have lately just...Loved, to be honest :D
He is so gorgeous omg *o* He's also very young and I'm here like a grandma, lol. Perfection, okay.
His music is also amazing, it's been a while since I have fangirled over something but YOHIO really...Ahh. He's worth fangirling :D
This is by far my favourite song. It makes me feel better when I feel alone ^^ And he's so cute eek.
I highly recommend him (and his music) for all ;D
The second thing I want to write about today is my own fashion. I have recently realized that I am not very talented when it comes to hair & makeup, and my coordis are also so-so. I would like to get into new fashion, but it took me 5 years to become the pretty good lolita that I am today and I don't feel like doing that again. I am not a hime material or even that much of a gyaru material, I can never do that kind of visual kei make up and hair...So to me it feels like..I don't know. I have to leave lolita and be normal, or then stick to lolita. But I am so confused. I want to be lolita but seriously I never wear it anymore. So I really have to start wearing it again or then quit for good. But I don't have any other style to move on to, since my gyaru skills are not that pro. I will probably start wearing lolita again, this is just one of those desperate moments :D I love lolita too much to just give it up. I will buy some new pieces and get more inspiration, I think :)
I want to write this here because this is my fashion blog and well if I have no outfits or new buys to post then it's gonna be slow here :D
Well this is all today ^^ Hopefully I will write more soon ~
Bye :)

My Berlin trip!
Hello sweeties ^^
Last week I traveled to Berlin for a few days with my brother :) I want to tell you about my trip now!
There is so much to see in Berlin! We stayed only 5 days and that was too little T_T If you are traveling from inside Europe, like we did, I suggest you stay 5-7 days. If you are traveling from other parts of the world, you should stay 10-14 days. There is just too much to see in shorter time, at least in my opinion.
It was very green and summery in Berlin! I had expected to see only grey buildings but there was so much green there! The scenery was very nice.
We saw many historical buildings, churches and museums. There were so many and they were all so pretty and HUGE! And some of them were a bit scary too..^^'' There is so much history in Berlin, relating to WW2 and all that, so to history lovers this is an excellent place to go to. We went to one museum where was the real hat of Napoleon that he used in the Battle in Waterloo! How cool is that, a real hat of Napoleon!! I love history and museums so going to museums here was great for me.
This was some famous public toilet :D It was pretty.
We also ate well. For me the places to eat were better and cheaper than in Finland, but that is only my opinion :) I loved the food and drinks in Berlin and I hope some of those places would come to Finland too. I'd love to eat good bagels etc and nice different coffee and tea drinks here too.
We went to the Berlin zoo and we saw many animals that we had never seen before! Like elephants, giraffes, hippos, rhinos, penguins and many more! They were cute & cool!
We also went to sea life! Hehe.
This is only small portion of our trip and what we did but I can't post all of it here ^^ But those who love history and European big cities, go to Berlin :)
Now I have cold :( I feel very bad and my nose is super runny!
I hope that I get better soon and get to take some outfit pics :)
See you soon~

My first J-List order!
Hello everyone ^^
Last week I finally got my first ever J-List order ^^ I was so excited to get it, hehe!
I ordered many things related to bento. With all this I ordered really cute bento cups but they were sold out so I didn't get them :(
This is everything in the package: hamtaro bento box & cup, panda plastic chopsticks, bento picks, sandwich maker and onigiri maker.
I love Hamtaro, he's my favorite character ^^ Bento box and cup. These are really cute, the cup is a bit small though :P
These are super cute bento picks!! I love the egg and sausage (octopus? To me it's a little sausage but sorta looks like octopus so who knows :D), so cute. And the broccoli has huge afro :D
And lastly, the panda chopsticks. My first pair of "travelling" chopsticks with the case :P I wanted Hamtaro ones but they didn't have any ^^
You can find all cute stuff on J-List ^^ So many amazing things ^^
I hope everyone is doing well :P
See you soon, bye ~

Outfit and some new stuff!
Hello everyone ^^
Here is an outfit from few days ago when I went looking for a new jacket:
T-shirt: d.i.a
Hoodie, skirt: DreamV
Boots: Offbrand
Gosh that wig was so annoying T_T I really love the way it looks, but man! It got SO tangled so easily, that it was just a bother to keep it looking okay. And when I brushed it...UH :/ Also the hairs fell out so easily.
I tried on this jacket at H&M :D I bought it, hehe.
I love the lenses. I had so much trouble that morning: the wig, I couldn't choose an outfit (I was never pleased) and the lash glue was running out.. T_T By the time I got to the shops I was already so annoyed :D
I bought the jacket :P And also a top and pair of earrings. From H&M.
I also bought these two books. The series sounds interesting so I'm excited to read these :) I love buying books, reading is the best way to spend time.
I also got these Soul Sister magazines :) I love this look and this magazine has amazing outfit inspirations *O*
Well this is all today :)
See you soon everyone ^^

New items from d.i.a and DreamV!
Hello sweeties ^^
Today I want to show you some new items that I got last week, from d.i.a and DreamV :)
Black hoodie with white pattern, white one piece and black shirt from d.i.a ^^ The picture is a bit..not showing the clothes but it was so hard to take a good picture T_T You will see the clothes better in outfit pics later :)
Black hoodie with golden text and white hoodie with separate sleeves from DreamV :)
Skirt and belt from DreamV. The belt is not easy to put on, I am still very confused about how it's supposed to work :D The skirt is great, though.
Two pairs of leg warmers from DreamV.
And lastly, over the knee boots from DreamV ^^ I love these boots so much!! I call them my warrior boots, haha. I feel like a warrior when wearing them, heh. They are size S and still so big, why my feet is so tiny, boo.
This is all today, I hope you've done some nice shopping too ^^
See you soon again ~

Circle lens review: Kimchi Mermaid green
Name: Kimchi - Mermaid Green
Diameter: 16.2 mm
Can be used: 1 year
Color: 5/5. I love the color so much! It's very green and pops up well! It also covers the real eye color very well. The black pattern and the different shades of green make them look very interesting!
Enlarging effect: 4/5. To me it was strange how small these looked, even though the diameter is quite large. I kinda wished more bigger look, but these were also good.
Feeling in the eye: 5/5. Very comfortable! Even with the first time wearing them they were easy to put on, I didn't feel them at all and eyes didn't get dry or itchy at all! I was very pleased with that.
(I'm not good at taking eye-pictures XD The lightning & my camera sucked bad. Sorry ;__;)
Overall score: 5/5. I was very pleased with the color and the look! I love that kind of fake doll eyes look, so this was perfect for it! But if you are looking for natural lenses, these are not very good for that ^^ Very good for dramatic eye ^^
Thank you & see you soon ^^

Let's cook! Vietnamese style shrimp noodles!
Hello sweeties ^^
Today I have something different for you - a recipe! I really REALLY love this dish, and I want to share it with you :) Vietnamese food is so delicious :) I took it from a cook book but edited it a little.
This is very easy, and brings Asian flavor to everyone :)
Let's start!
For 1-2 persons, if you want to feed more mouths, just double the ingredients :)
Ingredients:
- 400 grams of large shrimp tails in salt water (or fresh or frozen if you can't find the salted ones).
- 3 mid-sized mushrooms
- 1/2 pack of rice noodles
- 1 large golden onion
- 1 fresh red chili
- 2-3 gloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- oil for frying
1) Drain the shrimps (or defrost, if your shrimps are frozen) and put them in a mixing bowl. Chop the chili and garlic to small cubes. REMEMBER to remove the chili seeds unless you want more spicy! Add the chili, garlic, oyster- and fish sauce to the mixing bowl and mix everything up. You can add a tiny bit of salt if you want, but the sauces are salty themselves. Let the shrimp mixture marinate about 30 minutes or more.
2) Chop the onion and mushrooms to slices.
3) When the shrimp has marinated enough, start boiling your noodles.
4) Heat up your pan. Pour some oil on it, wait for it to get really hot. Add the onion and fry until they are see-through or a bit golden.
5) Add the mushrooms. Fry until they are little bit brown.
6) Add the marinated shrimps. Pour in all the marinade as well, scratch all delicious sauce in the pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes. (In this stage, it smells amazing!!)
7) Add in the boiled noodles (not the water, just noodles). Mix them up very fast, so that the sauce gets all over the noodles.
8) Ta-dah!! You have finished cooking! Place in a nice bowl and enjoy! Prepare a napkin ;P
This is VERY delicious dish, and so easy and fast! Without the marinading time, it takes only like 10-15 minutes to make. I highly recommend this, it's very delicious!
If you decide to cook this, let me know how it went :) And if you wish to see more of my recipes/cooking here, let me know as well :)
I hope you enjoy this Vietnamese style dish :D
